The evidence for increasing greenhouse gas in our atmosphere is pretty solid. This figure is a classic for carbon dioxide, with the interannual variability being nothing to the steeply rising trend. You can actually arrange to visit the lab where these samples are taken (Mauna Loa) - it’s probably going to be a bit of a scientific pilgrimage site in years to come.
