It's one of the temptations when you've got central heating to lounge around in a t-shirt at a temperature of 30 degrees while the snow falls outside. However, unless your house is brilliantly insulated you will be using a lot of energy to do this - and producing a lot of GHG. Instead turning the thermostat down a few notches and putting on a jumper could really cut down your personal GHG emissions
